What it does make it though is the will of the people. Which is what politicians are suppose to uphold. Right or wrong they are voted in to follow what their constituents believe to be the best course.

Notice politicians create legislation which allows gay marriage but when it goes before the people it's soundly defeated. Quite obviously the people of America still do not want same sex marriage.

Aah the ever present racist card. When one has nothing intelligent to say they scream "racism". Guess what you have no idea what color I am. You can of course infer as to my race. But by making statements as you did you're ASSuming. By doing so you are showing yourself to be raciest.

First off the person's name is Robin not "Rob". Secondly lots of tax money is taken from New York, Cali, Vermont and spread around the country. It has been like that from the very beginning of the fed income tax. The color the state votes for has nothing to do with the distribution.

I am not a republicrat nor a demacan I am an independent. I am the one Washington fears as I vote for what I see as the best possible candidate (which has been very difficult lately as they almost all suck).

Humansmatter when you say "at the pleasure of the President" it makes me wonder what sort of a relationship they had...hummm...maybe that's why Michelle flew to Spain on Hussein's birthday (oh sorry again we're not suppose to say his middle name).
